The voice work is messy. Pretty hard to hear most of it, and the last line is kinda flat and silly.

The comedy's decent, and so is the voicework. Just a bit more work on the lip flaps, and you'd really have something nice.

I would say that a good Madness cartoon is characterized by wide-angle shots of the whole room, and having everyone moving at once. This cartoon is really hurt by the constant closeups, and it sort of seems like everyone is standing still waiting to shot.
