[THAT NOT A HAT!]

Short as all heck, but the voice lines seem smooth, and it made me chuckle.

Very limited in scope, and the art isn't great.

As I've said in the past, a good Madness animation is marked by wide angle shots, and everyone moving at once. And you have that, at least in part. Not bad, all told.
